John Lee, EA is a seasoned international business consultant and federally licensed tax professional, dedicated to empowering Korean entrepreneurs and foreign-owned businesses in the U.S. market. As the Founder and CEO of Unilab Hub Inc., John blends over 20 years of cross-border business strategy with specialized U.S. tax expertise.

John earned his Enrolled Agent (EA) designation from the IRS after passing all three exams and completing the licensing process. His tax practice focuses on helping small businesses, startups, and international clients stay compliant and succeed—particularly in areas like entity formation, BOI reporting, and multi-state filings.

Earlier in his career, John spent over two decades with the Korean SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), where he led export development and international incubation programs across Germany and the United States. While stationed in Frankfurt, he collaborated with top European retailers such as EDEKA Supermarket and Metro Mall, and launched a Korean digital pavilion on Amazon Germany, helping SMEs expand via e-commerce.

In the U.S., John was instrumental in launching the Korea Startup Center in Seattle, managing accelerator programs and supporting dozens of Korean ventures entering the U.S. business ecosystem. To deepen his commitment to financial literacy and equity, he joined United Way of King County as a VITA Site Manager, where he led volunteer teams providing free tax assistance to underserved communities.

He also served as President of the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA) Seattle Chapter, building connections with local tech leaders, advisors, and investors. Today, John draws on his diverse background in government, community leadership, and tax practice to support Korean entrepreneurs and small business owners with clear, compliant, and compassionate guidance through Unilab Hub.
